In a recent episode of the Social Seller podcast, GoldenWest Management president, Jayson Yoss, was interviewed by Conor Paulsen, about his background and career in property management

A former Marine Infantry officer with two tours in Iraq and Afghanistan, Jayson began his career in the Real Estate Industry in 1999. While attending the University of Arizona, Jayson interned with top producers in the residential sales and management sector.

With sales agents helping investors to buy homes around the university, the need for competent property management arose. After graduating with his Bachelors of Science degree in Psychology, Jayson opened the first GoldenWest Management, Inc. office in Tucson Arizona. Fifteen years later, GoldenWest has now repositioned itself to focus solely on Residential Property Management and has offices in Las Vegas, NV, Phoenix, AZ and San Diego, CA.

With the leadership skills he learned in the military and a keen focus on attention to detail, Jayson’s goal is to ensure his team provides the best in management service. When he is not at work, Jayson can be found spending time with his family including triplets (two boys and one girl), either at the beach surfing or in the mountains snowboarding.
